No registration fee for the staff accompanying the students.                                     

No accommodation for spot registration delegates Registration fee will cover;

REGISTRATION FEE WILL COVER:

1.       Lunch, tea and snacks & dinner during the conference.

2.       Complementary kit bags, souvenir.

3.       Participation certificates & certificates for paper presenting authors and winners in various events.

ACCOMODATION:

 1] Mats will be provided; participants are responsible for returning the same in good

     condition.

 2] Please confirm the participation and the number of delegates to attend by                

      e-mail or phone on or before 18th October 2012.

 3] On failing of confirmation, accomodation cannot be guaranteed.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1] Delegates registration form should be duly filled.

2] Each participant must bring his or her College identity card, towards issuing of delegate

      cards.

3] DDs should be drawn in favour of “TexoPharma Virtus’12” payable at puducherry

     (SBI Kadirkamam branch of puducherry) from any nationalised banks.
